**Digital MFG Delivery Leader**
**Job Description Summary**
The primary mission of the position is to deliver Manufacturing Engineering & Application capabilities and products, implement differentiated technologies and support business operations to enable business growth.
Main Accountabilities for the role:
- Deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet enterprise needs and to drive business growth and profitability.
- Influence the prioritization of Information Technology Regional demands based on world class delivery
- Influences as a people leader across the organization and promotes a learning culture.
**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:
- Bachelor's degree. 5-7+ years of Professional experience of Information Technology experienc**e**:
- Experience managing DTS Projects and/or Programs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Desirable previous experience managing small functional teams.
- Strong facilitation skills required. Must display vision and resiliency.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
- (preferred) Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations
- Has good oral and written communication skills. Is able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build lasting trusted relationships with Business Partners, Key Stakeholders, Vendors and cross functional teams
- Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledg
