Regional Marketing Manager, Global Emerging Markets (12 Months contract) Logitech is a global technology company that empowers people to create and innovate. The Role: Reporting to the Global Emerging Markets Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will lead marketing communications and planning for Logitech brands across the Global Emerging Markets region (Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Central Asia, India & Southeast Asia). The key responsibilities include driving the strategy, planning and execution of marketing communications across the broad region, ensuring marketing excellence and collaborating with the diverse regional marketing community. Your Contribution: Be yourself, be open, stay hungry and humble, collaborate, challenge, decide and just do. Translate global marketing strategies into regional plans and tactics, driving local execution across the diverse group of countries within the Global Emerging Markets region. Partner with Country Marketing Managers within the region to plan and execute marketing communications that meet the objectives of the Global Emerging Markets region. Align marcom strategies, campaigns, and KPIs with key Global Emerging Markets stakeholders and monitor the effectiveness and results of the executions. Be the primary driver to identify best practices across countries and act as the evangelist to share and execute these best practices among Global Emerging Markets countries. Partner with the Business Groups and Global Commercial Organization as the primary point of contact for marketing communications within the Global Emerging Markets region. Ensure brand guidelines are being adhered to across the region to verify brand consistency and relevance across Global Emerging Markets countries. Provide guidance and direction to country marketing teams on ensuring marcom funds are invested in the right tactics that generate the best return on investment. Define and develop specific Global Emerging Markets marketing communications that meet the needs of the region. Engage with the Global Emerging Markets Regional Category Heads to plan and drive the marketing communications planning and execution of key strategies within the Global Emerging Markets. Review country marketing communications executions and provide the relevant guidance to countries that will ensure regional marketing objectives are being met. Proactively assess, clarify, and identify Global Emerging Markets consumer needs and communicate these to the relevant internal stakeholders. Your Skills: Min. 7 years’ experience in marketing with an emphasis on marketing communications. Min. 3 years’ experience in engaging with teams across multiple countries and in multiple markets. Possess strong English written & verbal communication skills. Have a good understanding of Global Emerging Markets and their unique needs. Strong interpersonal skills with strength in communicating across different cultures. Analytical, structured and be solutions oriented. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proven ability to build strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders. Ability to lead and drive intricate and detailed projects.
