Job Description Summary Assist the technology function to ensure the development, implementation and integration of new, existing and emerging MineStar functionalities are meeting the business needs and requirements. What You Will Do Participate in the implementation, development and integration of new MineStar functionalities within the organizational structure. Track and record MineStar development needs; provide input or recommendations for enhancements or modifications to the organization's technology products. Collect and analyze information on MineStar functionalities and development tools for systems and applications, network and data, software and hardware. Participate in testing and evaluating MineStar functionalities during the selection process. Skills Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems (MineStar) used for delivery of services to external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems’ functionalities in diverse situations. Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating and safety procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational safety and efficiency. Application Delivery Process: Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to utilize these in order to deliver new or enhanced application functionalities. System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) Pre-Advanced English Top Candidates Will Also Have Fluent English Knowledge in MineStar Additional Information Requires flexibility to work on-site at client mining locations for approximately 50% of the time. Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
