provide input or recommendations for enhancements or modifications to the organization's technology products.Collect and analyze information on MineStar functionalities and development tools for systems and applications, network and data, software and hardware.Participate in testing and evaluating MineStar functionalities during the selection process.3>Skills:Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems (MineStar) used for delivery of services to external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems' functionalities in diverse situations.Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating and safety procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational safety and efficiency.Application Delivery Process: Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies;
