**Job Description**:
The Senior Integrated Marketing in Brazil reports to the LATAM Integrated Marketing Manager, working closely with Regional Marketing Team, Sales, OP & Strategic Partnerships, corporate marketing, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, manage, and measure marketing programs that create awareness and drive pipeline in the existing Infobip prospect, customer and partner base. The Senior Integrated Marketing is also responsible for creating, managing, and adapting corporate, product, and sector-specific content for his or her own region.
The Senior Integrated Marketing plans and executes region-specific campaigns, & leverages industry and company best practices. Will execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs, align them with broader corporate and regional goals, ensure relevance to the country market or sector. Additionally, the Senior Integrated Marketing works closely with the Demand Generation Lead to ensure alignment, consistency in message, assess campaign effectiveness, and to ensure adequate resource allocation in line with the regional budget. This person will also interact regularly with senior managers throughout the organization with a vested interest in the team's outcomes.
As a Senior Integrated Marketing, you will help follow, assess and execute multi-channel marketing plan by helping drive integrated campaigns locally including Events, PR activities, Social and Paid Media last mile activation in coordination with the Campaign managers, PR and Demand Generation Lead. The Senior Integrated Marketing, is focused on driving revenue through the local execution of the LATAM GTM Plan as well as supporting customer marketing initiatives, connecting product initiatives with local needs. You will work with marketing campaign managers and local sales team to support teams to develop upgrade/migration/up-sell/cross-sell/lead generation activities in a timely manner, following brand standards and best practices. You are an excellent project manager and can work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to create an incredible customer experience and achieve business objectives.
In conjunction with team members and marketing management, the Integrated Marketing Specialist, will:
- Create and own local end to end (Top to Bottom funnel) integrated marketing strategy - partner with key stakeholders to identify local market target solution focus, verticals, events, industry bodies, associations, accounts to implement local brand awareness and demand generation campaigns tied into LATAM and Brazil GTM plan.
- Activate unique local integrated marketing activities inside GTM plan. Execute and follow up regional marketing strategy for direct and indirect sales that results in meeting or exceeding demand generation and revenue targets, ensure alignment with regional sales priorities and goals.
- Assist with local budget tracking and invoicing.
- Support demand generation and nurture projects with the LATAM demand gen Lead, ensuring that high quality leads get processed across the sales funnel - from lead to marketing qualified lead (MQL) and beyond.
- Assist in coordination with regional PR Lead the local PR enquiries. Support, review and assist in local PR communication pieces publishing to go to market accurately.
- Develop and execute a local Events & Tradeshow calendar including Webinars, industry events, business breakfast meetings, exec dinners, virtual events, roundtables, Partner Recruitment events and Conferences, Customer Events.
- Work with LATAM Regional marketing team (Content Manager, PR, Social others) for developing key messaging, content and communication for events and PR press releases in line with regional integrated marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Work with PR, social media, and Content teams to deliver and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns to meet support local requirements and to land integrated marketing campaigns through all marketing channels.
**Qualifications**:
- Have integrated marketing, field marketing, marketing campaign management and/or channel marketing experience with a B2B IT software company: proven marketing success with SaaS solutions is a plus.
