Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our team of customer success engineers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve customer escalations, prioritize issues, negotiate expectations, and drive satisfaction. Built strong relationships with sales teams, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Led a high-performing team of customer success engineers. Driven business performance through key metrics - customer satisfaction, renewal rates, upsell/cross-sell identification, reference ability, adoption, consumption, and engagement. About This Role We are looking for an experienced manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving business results, and building strong customer relationships. Requirements Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer success. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business results. Experience with customer success metrics, such as CSAT, renewal rates, and upsell/cross-sell identification.
