As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for consultants.
We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and related needs. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities- Identify and recruit engineers for Swedish IT roles; build trust with candidates considering relocation to Sweden.
- Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and manage relocation logistics with internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues in multiple countries and coordinate with Swedish delivery management for visa, work permits, housing, tickets and logistics.
- Contribute to placement processes with a focus on high-quality candidate experience and timely fulfillment of recruitment requests.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical background.
- Strong network of local IT engineering talent.
- Extremely service-oriented with flexibility to find the best solution for each challenge.
- High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
- Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
- Upper-intermediate English.
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
- Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with strong motivation; resilient and persistent.
- Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work and colleagues.
- Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

- Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes
- Paid national holidays with maintained payment
- 20 paid vacation days
