Your work involves finding engineers, informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and building trust with candidates as they consider relocation. You will be supported by a global recruiting team, Swedish delivery management for relocation logistics, and an executive management team in Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and outreach to IT engineers suitable for roles in Sweden.
  • Explain the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates and support their relocation process.
  • Build trust with candidates and guide them through the relocation journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries (Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam).
  • Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team on practical relocation matters (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Work with clients in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for the challenge.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and fulfill a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and self-motivated.
  • Persistent and resilient; able to handle rejection and try again.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Job Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
  • Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensated 1:1 as flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-working space of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
