Location & Remote Work

Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About the Team

At QuintoAndar, we're at a crucial moment of expansion and innovation, and your Salesforce experience can be the catalyst for a massive impact. We're building our Service Cloud platform from the ground up, and you'll have the unique opportunity to be a key contributor to this journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce team, actively participating in development, building a governance model for the platform (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud), and ensuring architecture, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Coordinate and align the technical roadmap with stakeholders in Product, Design, Engineering, and Business.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical design sessions; act as solutions architect for integrating Salesforce with other systems; mentor the team; promote continuous improvements in development processes; ensure high technical quality and Salesforce standards.
• Actively contribute to Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Coordinate work performed by multiple consulting firms on the platform.
• Define and consolidate a scalable architecture and a technical/strategic roadmap for the Salesforce operation.

Qualifications

• Technical Leadership and Development: provide leadership for the Salesforce team with governance for the platform and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Coordination and Alignment with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Business.
• Quality and Best Practices: conduct code reviews, design sessions; mentor peers; drive continuous improvements and Salesforce standards.
• Hands-on Contribution: active Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Consultancy Management: coordinate work with multiple consulting firms.
• Architecture and Roadmap Definition: define a scalable architecture and strategic roadmap for the Salesforce operation.
