We value a work environment that stimulates creativity and well‑being. Senior Backend Developer – Recife Office Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home. We are looking for a Backend Developer who is aligned with the technological stack that we use. If you don't have a perfect match, don't worry, we value diverse knowledge and you will certainly learn a lot from our team. Responsibilities and Duties Multidisciplinary teams focused on product; Agile methodology with TDD and BDD practices; Scalable architecture focused on microservices; Microservices written in Golang; Automated tests written in Python; Cloud‑based Continuous Integration and Deployment; Cloud architecture automation; Data persistence; Immutable infrastructure with containers managed via container. Requirements and Qualifications Contributions to open‑source projects are a plus; Experience with distributed systems using GRPC, Rest, Messaging, and different protocols; Knowledge and experience with databases such as SQL Server, Firestore, DataStore, DynamoDB, Postgres, and Mongodb; Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform); Proficiency in Languages: Golang, Java, Node, and Python; Previous experience in teams using agile methodology; Experience in team structures with product (PO, PM, etc.); Knowledge and interest in the financial market.
