**What can you expect from your day with us?**
- Planning and coordinating commercial projects, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Collaborating with other group departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Project monitoring and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
- Documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines and taking corrective actions when necessary
- Ensuring that customer requirements and insights are being met
- Formalize the acceptance of project phases or stages products, mitigate risks linked to project implementation and execution.
- Prepare evaluation and monitoring reports on the project's status, lead, and participate in project progress and follow-up meetings
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Support and guide other professionals in the defined methodology for project execution in the company.
**What do you need to know?**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional Certification, Scrum expertise
- Experience as Project Coordinator incl. commercialization projects ideally in the Healthcare industry
- Used to work in a multicultural environment and global teams
