The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, with strong empathy and communication skills.

Our school, integrates the international baccalaureate Primary Years Program with the Brazilian National Curriculum, fosters a concept-driven, inquiry-based education on a beautiful 15-acre campus in the scenic and lively city of Campinas.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and have developed and adopted written guidelines for appropriate and inappropriate behavior of adults towards children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing lesson plans and education activities.
  • Provide individualized support to students in small groups or one-on-one.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Participate in meetings with parents and teachers as needed.
  • Collaborative with the teaching team to promote student's academic and social development.
  • Cover for the teacher during absences or meetings.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Early Childhood Education or enrolled in such a course.
  • Previous experience in educational settings or related fields.
  • Desire to work with elementary aged children and contribute to their growth.
