Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Financial Controller . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een groot deel van de financiële administratie en de salarisadministratie. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit voor alle bedrijven onder Visiativ Benelux B.V., zowel in Nederland en België. De verantwoordelijkhedenVerantwoordelijk voor het correct vastleggen, rapporteren en controleren van alle financiële informatie, binnen de gegeven tijdsrichtlijnen en in overeenstemming met de organisatiedoelstellingen; Verzorgt de financiële administratie, fiscale administratie in Nederland en België; Zorgt ervoor dat alle richtlijnen en procedures worden nageleefd; Budgetten bijhouden (o.a. WKR); Correcte verwerking en vastlegging voor de salarisadministratie en het wagenpark; Pensioenen en verzekeringen bijhouden en tijdig financiële informatie aanleveren; Groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering in België bijhouden en tijdig financiële informatie aanleveren. Toegang tot Visiativ Academy: ontwikkel je vaardigheden met onze interne trainingscatalogus (150+ trainingen en cursussen). Start met een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd (inclusief 1 maand proeftijd), met de mogelijkheid tot omzetting naar een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd bij goed functioneren. Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken of vanuit ons kantoor in Aalst. Vereisten:Afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy; Minimaal 3-4 jaar ervaring in een financiële rol, bij voorkeur als controller of administrateur; Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift op professioneel niveau; Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en schrift op professioneel niveau; Ervaring met financiële software (bijv. NetSuite) is een pré; Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden; Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met verschillende belanghebbenden. Kennis van de Belgische en Nederlandse(pré) financiële regels en plichten. De missie van Visiativ is om bedrijven optimaal te laten profiteren van van digitale transformatie. Hoe doen we dit?
