Responsibilities
  1. Assist Brazilian key account sales team to achieve sales targets, provide sales support and operational support.
  2. Follow up customer needs, assist chain merchants to deal with financial reconciliation data collation, problematic customer service work order statistics, monthly/quarterly reports and other related work, solve customer problems and complaints in a timely manner, and maintain customer relationships.
  3. Assist the sales team to conduct Brazilian market research and competitive analysis, support business data broadcasting, and provide support for sales strategy.
  4. Participate in the planning and execution of business incentives and activities, asset management, expense statistics and reimbursement, office supplies collection and other sales team support work, assist in material procurement and inventory management.
  5. Create a good team atmosphere and office environment, organise internal team building activities.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. 1 year or above experience in business support, operation management or project management.
  3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work efficiently with business team.
  4. Problem solving skills, strong execution, result oriented and high sense of responsibility.
  5. English and Portuguese as working languages, good communication and document writing skills.
Preferred qualifications
  1. The following are preferred:
  1. Fluent in Portuguese, preferably with translation experience.
  2. Preferably have worked on projects in the Brazilian market or have knowledge of Brazilian clients.
