Overview Director of Admissions and Marketing (DAM) – A key leadership role within Móbile School, responsible for driving student enrollment and shaping the Family Experience Journey. Responsibilities Define MAC’s strategic direction in admissions, branding, digital communication, marketing, and research. Manage MAC's budget to ensure excellent results. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market, competition, and audiences for a competitive advantage. Oversee data integrity via CRM and ensure compliance with group data rules. Ensure accurate forecasts for upcoming years using available data and lead management. Stay abreast of new marketing and communication trends to drive innovation. Maintain the positioning of the Móbile School brand in São Paulo to maximize enrollment. Generate new leads and convert them into enrollments. Maximize re-enrollments by offering a relevant MAC experience. Analyze data on branding, communication, enrollment, and marketing to inform decisions. Use Salesforce (or similar) to manage the enrollment funnel and ensure team adoption. Monitor team performance via CRM and KPIs. Lead complex projects with focus on excellence. Lead and monitor the development and execution of best practices throughout the Family Experience Journey. Ensure each family receives highly personalized visits. Recruit and develop the MAC team to meet standards of excellence. Encourage creativity and productivity across MAC actions. Ensure adherence to Móbile’s visual identity and tone of voice guidelines. Maintain and strengthen Móbile School’s reputation. Provide consistent brand voice aligned with DG. Bring Móbile’s story to life across media platforms. Develop MAC procedures in line with policies and regulations. Improve communication with families, teams, and stakeholders, including crisis management. Build external networks to increase visibility and enrollment opportunities. Take responsibility for personal career development, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. Performance Measurements Execution and results relative to MAC plans. Feedback from Móbile management and Nord Anglia regional office. Campaign metrics. Salesforce or similar CRM data. Lead volume, conversion rates, re-enrollment rates. Training feedback. Family and employee satisfaction on communication. Key account management metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in brand building, sales, and/or marketing, ideally in service provision roles. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent project management abilities. Strong communication, relationship, and influence skills at all levels. Experience with data collection, analysis, and insight generation. Digital knowledge to enhance the school’s online presence (owned, earned, paid media). Personal Attributes Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
