TRADING VOICE SUPPORT ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: TEC000283)
**The Analyst will be responsible for**:
- Act on NAR and LATAM countries to ensure Trader Voice and Voice Recording regulatory adherence through BAU support and implementation of the global record management standards and controls.
- Bring in Verba Voice Recording service and administration into AMER region as currently this function is performed out of Europe by the EMEA Voice team.
- Support legal and compliance investigations of regulated users in the AMER region as well as perform activities regarding legal holds and retrievals.
**Requirements**:
- Bacharel Degree
- Telecom expertise
- Voice recording knowledge
- Trading Voice expertise
- Experience on ITIL library for the day-to-day support, controls.
- Dynamic, ability to communicate clearly, end user support skills
