You will collaborate with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and plan outcomes. In this role, you will ensure commitments are met and serve as the contact point for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

How you will contribute

You will support issues and challenges in shared services processes and with third-party suppliers. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and oversee business projects to completion. You will contribute to operational processes by ensuring KPIs and performance targets are met, sharing best practices, and supporting the super key user community.

Main responsibilities:

This role drives data process improvements, enhances data quality, and facilitates data-driven decisions to establish streamlined, accurate, and consistent data management aligned with governance policies. The role involves collaborating with process owners to support data collection, management, reporting, and analysis for effective business operations.

• Data Governance: Implement data governance and sustainability initiatives across functions.
• Apply and enforce data standards, guidelines, and ownership to ensure quality and compliance.
• Data Management Operations: Validate master data requests, coordinate with back-office teams to ensure high performance.
• Maintain KPIs (TAT, SLA, Data Quality, KRIs) and collaborate to resolve process issues.
• Add value to Master Data operations and meet commitments across Mondelez.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main contact for data owners and consumers, ensuring smooth data flow.
• Strategic Planning: Drive and support business projects, promote digitization, and ensure data standards and quality.

Availability: To work in a hybrid model at the Curitiba plant under a fixed-term contract until December 2026.
