In this role, you work independently to plan and organize cross-functional processes and to develop plans to execute strategies or goals to meet business needs. You will use your thorough knowledge of your technology area to meet those needs and use your highly developed influencing and effective presentation skills with senior management. You have an established network with business partners but work to expand your technical network internally and externally.

How you will contribute

You will lead the product and/or packaging and/or ingredient related specifications process according to established guidelines and procedures. You will use your knowledge and expertise to help in specification/recipe development through maintenance and specification program design. In addition, you will help Mondelēz standardize ways of working on specifications and provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders about specification processes to meet specifications quality standards. In this role, you will provide real-time support to the shared services team for packaging and/or the ingredient supplier questionnaire process and ensure data consistency and completeness across interfaces.

Main responsibilities:
In this role, you provide end-to-end specification management support and leverage digital tools for data analysis to provide valuable direction and insight for management to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing the results, planning and implementing assigned processes and taking corrective actions when necessary, and developing strong working relationships in your function and cross functionally as well.
- Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality, data consistency and completeness per existing business rules.
- Manage high complexity projects and provide technical support for specifications processes.
- Collect, analyse and interpret data using the appropriate tools to drive decision making including conducting root-cause analysis.
- Challenge status quo and drive improvement projects in your area.
- Understand business challenges, create valuable actionable insights about the data, and communicate your findings to the stakeholders to determine how to use business data for business solutions/insights.
- Work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications.

Job specific requirements:

- Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven Experience in SAP PLM or with enterprise systems.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- System & Process oriented with high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Be self-driven with a growth mindset.
- Strong executional skills: both system and process orientated.
- Proven experience in effectively work with remote teams and multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Ability and adaptability to respond quickly and effectively to changes.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at the plant in Curitiba - Brazil or Tlalnepantla - Mexico under a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Additional attributes
- Experience in Data Literacy is a nice to have: either hands on experience/keen interest to develop with tools such as Macros in Excel, Power BI, QuickBase, Tableau etc and the ability to present data and trends in a creative and comprehensive way.
