**D24** is a 360 payment technology platform for Latin America, Asia and other emerging markets. We operate as a payment processor, making it simple and risk-free for our customers and partners. The biggest gaming, gambling and Forex companies trust D24 to effortlessly manage their payment expansion and drive payment conversions.

We are looking for a talented **Sr** **Operations **to join our squad of Low Risk. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Formulate business strategy with others in the team.
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, and IT.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Portuguese
- Advance English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.
- Experience working with credit cards processes is a big plus.
