**Shipping Assistant with experience**Nowaco is an international food trading company with Headquarter in Denmark and 23 offices worldwide. We are now looking for an experienced and structured Shipping Assistant to support our team in São Paulo, Brazil.**The key responsibilies are**:- Handling of documents, bookings and check up- Handling of new orders and calculations- Checking product specifications with label and new order- Follow shipping instructions and coordination with HQ shipping department- Coordination of loading containers in close cooperation with HQ shipping department**Your background**:- You have minimum 1 year experience within logistics or shipping- You are ready to learn about the business and see the position as a great opportunity- You have preferably international experience and are open minded- You have a structured appraoch to all tasks and pay high attention to details- You speak English fluently and have Outook, Word and Excell skills.**We offer**:- A challenging position in a dynamic, global company- An informal and multicultural organisation structure- Professional and experienced colleagues- Work location in São PauloWe are looking forward to hearing from you.Application and questions may be directed at:
