Parte do Grupo Hoam Ventures, a Vendor Smart é uma plataforma que conecta administradores de condomínios a uma ampla rede de prestadores de serviços especializados. Dessa forma, facilitamos e melhoramos a gestão de projetos condominiais.

O objetivo do(a) Customer Support Representative é ajudar nossos clientes da Costa Oeste dos Estados Unidos, das 10h às 19h, de segunda a sexta. Você será responsável por interagir com fornecedores e clientes, oferecendo suporte e assistência em diversas atividades usando nosso sistema, tudo por e-mail, telefone e compartilhamento de tela.

O(A) candidato(a) ideal é alguém que se sinta confortável ajudando a resolver problemas de software, lidando com questões de suporte, como documentação que está faltando e configurações incompletas, e treinando os usuários sobre como usar o sistema corretamente. 
Como será seu dia a dia:

  • Horário: 10h às 19h. Prestando assitência aos clientes por telefone e e-mail;
  • Responder perguntas gerais sobre vendas e adesões;
  • Fazer perguntas para determinar a natureza do problema;
  • Ajudar os clientes a solucionar problemas que encontrarem ao usar o software e fornecer orientações para resolver a questão;
  • Contribuir para o esforço da equipe na realização de resultados relacionados, conforme necessário;
  • Validar documentos de seguro e carregá-los em nosso sistema de compliance.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Nível avançado/fluente de inglês, necessário para se comunicar por telefone, videochamada e e-mail com fornecedores e clientes dos Estados Unidos;
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
  • Alta atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Deve ser capaz de trabalhar em equipe e de forma independente;
  • Resiliente e capaz de se adaptar a ambientes em mudança;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas da Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Você vai se destacar se tiver:

  • Experiência com Zendesk;
  • Conhecimento da indústria de gerenciamento de propriedades.
