About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help us in designing and implementing our GTM strategy. You will be an integral part of the development, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns throughout the funnel to reach goals from increasing brand awareness to decreasing customer churn. You should have experience in major paid media platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, as well as in data analytics and reporting tools, such as GA4 and Amplitude. A strong interest in analytics for generating performance summaries to communicate campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations is vital, as well as familiarity with best SEO practices and relevant research tools, such as Semrush and Ahrefs. Responsibilities Plan and execute PPC campaigns to generate demand Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting Track metrics and measure ROI of ad campaigns Oversee ad accounts on multiple platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn) Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to optimize current and shape future marketing campaigns Recommend website and campaign optimizations Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data Research and implement marketing tools Keep abreast of PPC and SEO trends Requirements Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements, especially Performance Marketing and SEO, as well as proficient usage of major ad platforms Excellent knowledge of marketing data analytics tools, such as GA4 and Amplitude, and an ability to digest data and produce reports and insights Demonstrable experience in market intelligence and competitor monitoring; working knowledge of tools such as Semrush and Apollo Solid computer skills, including Office suits (Google Workspace, Notion), collaboration tools (Slack, Linear), and marketing software (Hubspot, Clarity) Organization and attention to detail Analytical thinking BSc / BA in Marketing or equivalent Proficiency in spoken and written English Great to have Experience in the SaaS industry Experience in B2B marketing Familiarity with Email Marketing Familiarity with Community Marketing Why you'll love working at Moveo.ai A buddy will support you with your onboarding Competitive salary package and bonus scheme Monthly allowance for lunch & commuting expenses Clear career paths & growth opportunities Relocation package and "Brain Gain" relocation bonus for Greek expats Join us, not just for a job, but for a thriving journey #J-18808-Ljbffr
