Join us in redefining the future of wellbeing THE OPPORTUNITY As the Senior Director of Partner Marketing in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to our partners (gyms, studios, and apps) to Grow Stronger Together. Your primary focus will be to lead the successful partner positioning of Wellhub within the fitness and wellness industry in Brazil, becoming the go‑to person for all topics related to this matter. You will also lead the BR Partner Marketing squad, developing and executing account‑based marketing strategies that grow and maintain the success of our partners, with a specific focus on our most strategic partners. This will include managing and developing our relationships with industry associations such as ACAD, working hand‑in‑hand with our broader marketing organisation to identify and leverage the best strategic opportunities across all media types to drive the Wellhub partner positioning. You will develop and implement comprehensive GTM plans for new partner and product launches to drive success across our ecosystem. You will also lead the strategy and execution of our annual presence at industry events such as Fitness Brasil, as well as sponsoring strategic partner summits and conferences. You will report to the Global Head of Partner Marketing, become a strategic partner to the Heads of Partnerships in Brazil, and will develop close working relationships with industry leaders, authorities and associations. You will join the BR leadership team, working closely with the leaders of other verticals of our business and the country leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and leading multi‑channel marketing strategies, executing go‑to‑market and events with multi‑functional teams, as well as exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful partner programs. General business acumen beyond marketing is also a key element for the position. YOUR IMPACT Strategic Marketer: Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for Brazil, working closely with the Global Head of Partner Marketing and Brazil Head of Partnerships to drive partner success and business growth Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Product Development, MarTech, Content Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Comms and Partnerships to ensure a seamless partner experience and message Executive presence: Present to and collaborate appropriately with SVP and C‑Level executives and stakeholders to align strategic vision and direction Audience Champion: The voice of Wellhub Partners within our Brazilian organisation – championing our partner value proposition and ensuring a partner‑centric approach is upheld across the business Hands‑on Involvement: Be a player‑coach by actively participating in partner marketing initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to identify and implement the most efficient ways to acquire, engage and retain partners in BR AI Thinking: Apply AI‑powered tools and analytics in developing marketing strategy and leveraging for enhanced productivity and scale, with a focus on partner engagement and growth Budget management: Management of a significant budget to drive our market positioning and deliver exponential value to our strategic partners Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 10+ years of strategic marketing experience Fluent in English as well as BR Portuguese Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both languages Based in SP, Brazil, and/or with ease of access to our SP office Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams Strong track record in creating and implementing a marketing strategy to support commercial goals Previous experience in working directly with SVP / C‑level executives Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to marketing strategy and execution An appetite for and experience in leveraging AI to enhance productivity and scale marketing requirements Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Growth mindset – commitment to continuous learning, experimentation and improvement Passion for health and wellbeing is a must Knowledge and experience of the BR fitness and wellness industry is an added advantage WHAT WE OFFER YOU With thoughtful benefits, emotional wellbeing resources, and a culture that empowers you to take ownership of your role and your wellbeing, we create an environment where you can thrive in all dimensions of your life.
