Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management related to the preparation and organization of processes, acting as the focal point for leading and structuring blade campaign strategies – including inspection and repair.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for blade planning activities.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for blade-related tasks, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in processes related to wind farm operations, including project development, O&M planning, or blade-related activities.
  • Proven experience with wind energy projects, particularly in planning and coordination.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with blade-related scopes is a plus.
  • Experience in activity planning is a differentiator.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
