Responsible for local FX trading with our global client base- Provide support when needed to the regional team as well as the local trading team across Rates and FX- Previous experience as market maker for FX as well as risk management required- Solid knowledge of the Brazilian market- Solid knowledge of Excel/VBA required- Fluent English is also mandatory for this role- Constant interaction with the regional EM trading team to rebuild our solid platform and gain market share in the Brazilian market- Build a solid relationship with key target accounts- Works closely with team to assist in the identification of opportunities to maximize Company’s customer service and penetration of targeted clients.- Map all opportunities with our client base and connect them with our global franchise- Actively provide market color, trade ideas and share information with our stakeholders- Communicate a clear vision that is aligned to the overall HSBC vision, Values and goals, and inspires and engages people to create an inclusive, high performing, customer-centered culture.- Lead, develop and motivate the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives.- Set expectations, share best practice, meet the required standards, and continuously develop capabilities and experience.- Lead and encourage constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and behaviours that are consistent with HSBC's diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customers.Requirements- E-learnings:- Consequence Management- Bribery and Corruption (Do the right thing)- Anti-Money Laundering - What You Need to Know- Operational Risk Foundation and Manager Level- FATCA Overview- Reputational Risk (A Shared Responsibility)- Understanding Business Resilience- GBM Volcker Rule - Covered Trading training 2016- Volcker Rule Covered Funds training 2016- Front Office Supervision Control Policy- Volcker Rule Awareness training 2016- Volcker Rule Trading Outside the United States exemption training 2016- AML and Sanctions Compliance for Global Banking and Markets (2017)- Markets Global Sales Procedures for CMB Customers- FX and Commodities Remediation Program Training - eLearning
