Responsible for local FX trading with our global client base Provide support when needed to the regional team as well as the local trading team across Rates and FX Previous experience as market maker for FX as well as risk management required Solid knowledge of the Brazilian market Solid knowledge of Excel / VBA required Fluent English is also mandatory for this role Constant interaction with the regional EM trading team to rebuild our solid platform and gain market share in the Brazilian market Build a solid relationship with key target accounts Works closely with team to assist in the identification of opportunities to maximize Company's customer service and penetration of targeted clients. Map all opportunities with our client base and connect them with our global franchise Actively provide market color, trade ideas and share information with our stakeholders Communicate a clear vision that is aligned to the overall HSBC vision, Values and goals, and inspires and engages people to create an inclusive, high performing, customer-centered culture. Lead, develop and motivate the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives. Set expectations, share best practice, meet the required standards, and continuously develop capabilities and experience.
