Professional Marketing Senior Analyst – São Paulo, Brazil Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks an experienced Marketing professional to drive the execution of professional marketing initiatives for Ophthalmology (Ophtha) stakeholders, including ophthalmologists, associate clinicians, and medical societies. The Senior Analyst reports to the Professional Marketing Manager of Brazil and is responsible for leading strategy, execution, and performance analysis of professional marketing programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgets. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of professional marketing plans that promote contact‑lens categories and strengthen the ACUVUE brand over short, medium, and long‑term horizons. Execute product strategies on the Ophtha (Professional) channel, including message definition, promotional material adaptation, seasonal commercial offers, and diagnostic availability. Analyze KPIs and focus‑project metrics to monitor performance. Assess key client and product performance in the professional channel. Maintain regular contact with the commercial area, visiting customers with sales representatives and presenting monthly project updates. Lead periodic governance meetings with PED to ensure strategic alignment. Manage the professional marketing budget, identify cost efficiencies, and adjust expenditures within the allocated budget. Drive the NPI strategic plan for the Ophthalmologists channel in partnership with Product Management and PED, ensuring flawless execution. Qualifications University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a health‑related field. Experience in big pharma or health companies, with a focus on professional marketing, strategy development, and product planning. Experience with market segmentation, project management, budgeting, HCP engagement, branding, data analysis, product launch, and category management. Knowledge of Market Access is a plus. Minimum three (3) years in similar marketing roles. Proficiency in digital marketing is valued. Language proficiency: English (fluent) and Spanish (intermediate/basic). Computer skills: Office suite, with Power Apps and BI tools valued. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Project management, category management, and analytical skills. Digital knowledge and online site management. Event organization experience. Strong communication skills. Alignment with CREDO values, emphasizing ethics, compliance, and high standards. Excellent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with peers, cross‑functional teams, and senior management. Commercial orientation.
