Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – role at Nexer Telescope.

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, build trust with suitable candidates, and coordinate relocation with a global team and the Swedish delivery management team that handles visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and other practical relocation matters.

Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Short summary: we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it.

Location: remote (home) or a co-location center of your choice. Full-time long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD plus remittance fees and taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem. National holidays with maintained payment.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation logistics with support from the Swedish delivery management team.
  • Collaborate with a global recruiting team and executive management in Sweden.
  • Coordinate visa, work permits, housing, travel, and related practical arrangements for relocated employees.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality, brand awareness, and understanding of headhunting and IT outsourcing/outstaffing.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing, and self-motivated.
  • Resilient with the ability to handle rejection and keep trying.
  • Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
