Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $73,500 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible hybrid schedule with remote work options Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on making a difference Quality training and continuing education programs available What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Utilize expertise to attract, assess, and hire top talent for the organization Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and build strong candidate pipelines Train and develop hiring managers on recruitment strategies and processes Ensure proactive partnership with operations and human resources to meet recruiting objectives Manage applicant database and coordinate reporting requirements as outlined by the Director of Talent Acquisition What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment, human resources, or a related field Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred Willingness to travel in-state/out of state occasionally for training, job fairs, and/or corporate meetings Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment and transparency How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience recruiting for roles in fast-paced or crisis situations Proven success in partnering closely with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals Creative ideas for building relationships and community awareness Experience organizing and leading job fairs and community events Willingness to provide support or coverage for fellow Talent Acquisition Partners as needed We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
