**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis and calculation of expenses (such as monthly appropriation of expenses);- Monitor the balance of transitory accounts, as well as direct to areas for problem solving (bank transitory accounts, GRIR - physical receipt x tax receipt, taxes regarding goods in transit);- Assist in accounting closing checks, following established procedures and guidelines, ensuring that divergences are resolved;- Ensure that key activities, such as completion and validation of postings, have been completed prior to the reporting process to headquarters;- Accounting entries (various reclassifications and provision for expenses);- Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (indirect taxes, import taxes and duties, accounts receivable, bank, cash in transit);- Interface with internal and external auditors;- Promote a philosophy of continuous process improvement by supporting risk management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Academic background in accounting sciences (complete or in progress);- Intermediate Excel (including: lookup/vlookup/tb/sum/pivottable);- Intermediate English.
Desirable/Differential Qualifications:
- Knowledge in SAP;- Advanced Excel (Macro/VBA);- Power BI;- ARC/FCC knowledge;- Previous experience in accounting of at least 2 years (valid experience as an intern).
**Responsabilidades**:
- Análise e apuração de despesas (como apropriação mensal de despesas);- Acompanhar o saldo de contas transitórias, bem como direcionar às áreas para resoluções de problemas (contas transitórias de banco, GRIR -recebimento físico x recebimento fiscal, impostos referente mercadorias em trânsito);- Auxiliar nos checks de fechamento contábil, seguindo os procedimentos e diretrizes estabelecidos, garantindo que as divergências sejam solucionadas;- Garantir que atividades chaves, como conclusão e validação de lançamentos, foram concluídas antes do processo de reporte para a matriz;- Lançamentos contábeis (reclassificações diversas e provisão de despesas);- Reconciliações de contas de balanço (impostos indiretos, impostos e taxas com importação, contas a receber, banco, caixa em trânsito);- Interface com auditores internos e externos;- Promover uma filosofia de melhoria contínua dos processos através do suporte à gestão de riscos.
Qualificações Básicas:
- Formação acadêmica em ciências contábeis (completa ou em andamento);- Excel intermediário (incluindo: proc/procv/tb/somase/tabela dinâmica);- Inglês intermediário.
Qualificações Desejáveis/Diferencial:
- Conhecimento em SAP;- Excel avançado (Macro/VBA);- Power BI;- Conhecimento ARC/FCC;- Experiência prévia em contabilidade de no mínimo 2 anos (válida experiência como estagiário).
