Project Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance Apply for the Project Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance role at Cognizant. About the Role As a Project Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance, you will make an impact by managing complex projects within the insurance domain, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. In This Role, You Will Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, mitigating risks and ensuring milestones are met. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with transparency. Implement portfolio and project management best practices to optimize resource allocation. Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment on objectives and progress. Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Utilize project management tools and software for tracking and reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members. Work model Hybrid – We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo. What You Need To Have To Be Considered Bachelor’s degree Advanced English Extensive experience in portfolio and project management Proficiency in project management tools and software Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain Expertise in risk management and resource optimization Please upload your resume in English.
