We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in a 100% remote role. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing a strong B2B pipeline, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect actively through cold calls, emails, and outreach
- Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads
- Respond quickly to inbound opportunities
- Book meetings with executives and close deals
- Track activities and KPIs in CRM tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily contact with U.S. clients
- CRM/prospecting tools expertise
- Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
