If you have experience in creating various forms of social media content into engaging visuals, then we might have your next great job role.

First, we're not like every other content production company. We believe in the power of data. We embrace new tools and technology. We swoon over an elegant process or system. We love blueprints and playbooks. If it ain't broke, optimize it. As a result, we're growing faster than pretty much any other creative production company.

Second, we work a little differently. Not only do we create podcasts and social media content for our global clients, but we have our own slate of original productions that span topics including business, culture, and politics.

Third, we're known for our flexible work environment. Not only are we fully remote, but we actually coordinate remote culture and team-building activities on a global basis. Need to work unusual hours or pick up your kids at a set time each day? No problem, we've got your back.

Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise):

  1. Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
  2. Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
  3. Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  4. Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
  5. Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
  6. Comfortable being in front of the camera and being creative
  7. Extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms
  8. Create various forms of social media content: text captions, videos, and images suitable for various social media platforms
  9. Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
  10. Collaborate with the team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
  11. Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
  1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
  2. Hands-on experience in content management
  3. Excellent copywriting skills
  4. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  5. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  6. Knowledge of online marketing channels
  7. Familiarity with web design
  8. Excellent communication skills
  9. Analytical and multitasking skills
