We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager . The person will be responsible for the full-cycle of Talent Acquisition process focusing on Digital Marketing, Design, Product, and Back-office streams, internationally hiring for Senior to Executive level professionals
Responsibilities:
- Full International Recruitment Cycle: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding, including identifying, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for our diverse range of vacancies.
- Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR professionals in relevant business units.
- HR Initiatives: Get involved in various HR initiatives as needed, contributing your expertise to other areas of human resources.
Requirements:
- International Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in international recruitment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are essential.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-Oriented: Thrive on achieving results and can influence others effectively.
- Hardworking: Dedication and hardworking nature are crucial in delivering recruitment excellence.
- Career Growth: Eagerness to continue developing recruitment skills and expertise.
- Global Reach: Be prepared to work across different time zones.
- Language Skills: English (advanced), Russian (professional working).
