What You’ll Do Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business goals Manage the sales funnel prior to customer acquisition Conduct market analysis to identify key segments and trends Plan and optimize multi‑channel campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools Qualify and nurture leads through personalized communication and relevant content Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead‑to‑customer conversion Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports Manage campaign budgets and optimize paid digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Postgraduate/Specialization in Digital Marketing or Business (preferred) 5–6 years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and campaign management Strategic mindset, results‑driven, proactive, and dynamic Advanced English | Intermediate Spanish What We Offer Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office Inclusive work environment, where we support and help employees grow Career opportunities: Opportunity to build your career (both locally and internationally) in a large global company, one of the world leaders in its field Health care Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
