Your Day-to-Day Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage end-to-end hiring process across technical and non-technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience while enhancing reputation. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools and sourcing methods. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs. Data-Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical and Non-Technical roles. Global recruitment experience sourcing across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast-paced environments and a data-driven mindset. CET Timezone preferred, or flexibility. Previous experience within Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space (preferred).
