Overview Employer Industry: Hospice Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary range of $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Tuition reimbursement and paid time off for full-time employees Supportive and passionate company culture committed to high standards of care Mileage reimbursement for applicable positions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Conduct pre-emptive compliance audits based on subject matter risks Assess and develop tailored program-specific training following compliance audits Review and update compliance matrix items as necessary Monitor and report on the progress of corrective action plans to the Compliance Officer Prepare reports and presentations regarding compliance concerns and issues What is Required (Qualifications) Current RN licensure in at least one state Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare-related field At least one (1) year of experience in compliance program management or risk management Ability to evaluate business risks and enforce appropriate information security measures Understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security regulatory requirements, including breach reporting protocols How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Two (2) years of experience in compliance program management or risk management is preferred Familiarity with attorney-client privilege and OIG self-disclosure protocols #HospiceServices #Compliance #HealthcareCareers #CareerGrowth #EmployeeBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
