As part of our commitment to providing valuable and engaging content, we are seeking a skilled Podcast Production Assistant to join our growing team.**Position Overview**:As a Podcast Production Assistant at Sofia Health, you will play a key role in supporting the creation and delivery of high-quality, informative, and entertaining podcast content. This role involves working closely with our content team to ensure the smooth execution of podcast episodes, from pre-production to post-production.**Responsibilities**:- **Pre-production**:- Assist in researching and developing podcast episode topics in alignment with Sofia Health's mission and target audience.- Coordinate guest bookings, schedule interviews, and liaise with potential podcast contributors.- Assist in script development and creation of episode outlines.- **Production**:- Operate recording equipment during podcast sessions, ensuring high-quality audio.- Provide logístical support during in-person and remote recording sessions.- Monitor recording sessions for technical issues and troubleshooting as needed.- **Post-production**:- Edit podcast episodes using industry-standard software to ensure a polished and professional final product.- Add relevant sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance the overall listening experience.- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing episode cover art.- **Distribution**:- Upload and publish podcast episodes on various platforms, ensuring accurate metadata and tagging.- Monitor and respond to listener feedback, questions, and inquiries.- **Promotion**:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for podcast episodes.- Create and schedule social media posts related to podcast releases.- Explore opportunities for podcast collaborations and partnerships.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in podcast production, including editing and post-production processes.- Familiarity with podcasting equipment, software, and best practices.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for health and wellness topics.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Background in audio engineering, journalism, or a related field.- Experience with graphic design and creating visually appealing content.- Knowledge of the health and wellness industry.**Additional Information**:- Remote Work (Home Office)- Flexible Hours- Pay starts at $600/month- Growth Opportunities within the company.- Contract Type: (PJ)For this role, a strong internet connection is essential, along with proficiency in communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, and Google Suite.If you're proactive, have a fervor for finance, possess administrative prowess, and seek an engaging challenge within an American company, seize this opportunity Join us to elevate your skills and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.**Salary**: R$2,800.00 - R$2,900.00 per month**Experiência**:- Podcast (preferencial)- Administração (preferencial)Idioma:- Inglês (obrigatório)
