Process Optimization Expert This role blends strategic problem‑solving with hands‑on implementation, leveraging AI tools, process automation, chatbot systems, and dynamic knowledge bases to optimize operations. The Process Optimization Expert plays a key role in transforming People Team operations through technology, automation, and intelligent systems. Evaluate, document, and improve People Team workflows across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding). Identify automation opportunities using tools like Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or internal HRIS systems. Partner with HR stakeholders to reduce manual work, streamline approvals, and improve process accuracy. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor AI‑driven workflows that enhance response times and reduce operational bottlenecks. Design and maintain AI‑powered chatbots to handle routine HR and general support inquiries, FAQs, and employee self‑service needs. Continuously analyze chatbot performance to improve accuracy, tone, and efficiency using feedback loops and analytics. Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure proper integration between HR systems and conversational AI platforms. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or business automation. Strong understanding of HR workflows, systems, and employee experience design. Hands‑on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Boomi, etc.) and / or AI assistants or chatbot builders (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.). Success in This Role Looks Like The People Team operates with greater speed, accuracy, and consistency. Employees and managers can easily find answers through AI chatbots and a robust knowledge base.
