Sales Process Optimization Lead We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Optimization Lead to join our team. Job Description Collaborate with the SMB team to identify operational pain points. Develop standardized processes to improve efficiency. Work closely with product and research teams to design and implement sales tools that enhance productivity. Enhance online operational efficiency for merchants by identifying their needs and pain points. Mobilize resources to support the SMB team in achieving business goals. Key Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team management. Data Analysis: Proficient in various analysis software and capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis. Market Insight: Ability to capture market trends and formulate strategies. Project Management: Strong communication, expression, coordination, teamwork, and organizational skills.
