Job Description We are seeking an accomplished Shared Services Manager to lead our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and process optimization. As a Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of transactional processes, including accounting, tax calculation, and accounts payable/receivable operations. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. In addition, you will manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective strategies for process improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Requirements: To be successful as a Shared Services Manager, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or a related field, as well as significant experience in shared services, process optimization, and team leadership. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
