Job Description Our team seeks a Process Strategy Formulation and Optimization Expert to design, plan, and continuously optimize key business processes. This role ensures efficiency, standardization, and controllability while aligning with company and business strategies. Develop overall process designs and strategic plans to improve business performance. Manage end-to-end operations by designing and implementing process modules from merchant information collection to ongoing operational support. Optimize workflows and execution standards based on merchant, frontline operations, BD sales, and other stakeholder needs. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify process pain points and risks. Proactively identify process bottlenecks and develop optimization strategies to drive project implementation. Establish and maintain process operation standards, create user-friendly guidelines, and ensure efficient execution and compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent process optimization and strategic thinking abilities. Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills. Strong problem‑solving skills with clear logic and research capabilities. Familiar with service satisfaction survey methodologies and result analysis. Proficient in both Chinese and English language skills for supporting cross‑border team collaboration.
