Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced strategist to lead the Innovation vertical. About This Role: This is a highly analytical and data-driven position that requires excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and continuously evolve the business model for the Innovation vertical. Own and manage the financial performance for the vertical, including budget planning and variance analysis. Develop and lead the strategic planning process for the vertical, identifying market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Serve as the Project Management Office for all strategic initiatives and key implementation projects within the vertical. Map and implement new business processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in a strategy, planning, business development, or management consulting role. Strong ability to think strategically, analyze complex business problems, and develop innovative solutions. Expertise in project management methodologies. Experience in mapping and designing business processes. Priorities: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. Lead and manage project teams to deliver results-driven outcomes. Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance performance.
