Set annual unit and gross-profit targets through data‑driven marketing strategies and trend analysis. Responsibilities Drive sales growth by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and supply‑demand dynamics. Ensure seamless national sales operations by scheduling and assigning resources, and evaluating work results. Motivate and lead high‑performing sales teams with a results‑oriented approach. Requirements A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and customer success roles. Proven track record of managing high‑performing sales teams in the LATAM region.
