Responsibilities Atuar em todo o ciclo comercial (prospecção, qualificação, negociação e fechamento). Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes, conduzindo reuniões consultivas e estratégicas. Estruturar propostas personalizadas de acordo com as necessidades do cliente. Mapear oportunidades em clientes potenciais e gerar novas contas. Representar a empresa em encontros presenciais e online com clientes e parceiros. Construir pipeline de vendas e acompanhar métricas de performance comercial. Reportar diretamente à liderança, com participação ativa em discussões estratégicas de crescimento. Qualifications Experiência sólida em vendas consultivas B2B, preferencialmente no setor de marketing, digital ou em agências (digital ou tradicional). Capacidade de gerir o funil de vendas de ponta a ponta, incluindo prospecção, qualificação, negociação e fechamento. Domínio em condução de reuniões de alto nível, com postura executiva e comunicação estratégica com decisores. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com clareza, persuasão e capacidade de storytelling para engajar clientes. Perfil empreendedor, com interesse em crescer junto ao negócio.
