What you'll do We’re looking for anAccount Executive to help scale Clara’s footprint across Brazil by acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-sized to enterprise-level companies (100+ employees). You’ll join our Commercial team and focus on driving adoption of our SaaS platform and financial services—Conta and Cartão Clara. This is a high-impact, high-volume sales role. You’ll be responsible for managing dozens of parallel negotiations while maintaining consistent prospecting activity to fuel pipeline growth. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, consultative environment where business acumen and execution matter. You will: Manage and grow a high-volume pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities using Hubspot CRM , maintaining strong execution across multiple concurrent deals Prioritize accounts by segment (SMB , Mid-Market , Enterprise ) and tailor outreach through structured research and high-frequency prospecting Maintain up-to-date forecasting and pipeline visibility through detailed reporting by stage, segment, and timeframe Execute multi-channel outbound strategies including cold calls, emails, video messaging , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product , and Control Desk to remove blockers and accelerate deals Consistently exceed quarterly sales goals in Total Payment Volume (TPV) , Credit Line Activation , and New Customer Acquisition Contribute to team learning by identifying and sharing outbound tactics that work Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Must haves: B2B SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success selling software or tech-based solutions to businesses. Financial Stakeholder Fluency: Comfortable leading conversations with CFOs and finance teams through complex buying cycles. Communication Excellence: Clear, confident communicator in Portuguese and English, with strong storytelling and negotiation skills. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity withHubSpot ,Salesforce , or similar tools. Nice to haves: Fintech Experience: Exposure to payments, financial services, or expense management platforms. Selling to Finance Leaders: Background working with CFOs, Controllers, or FP&A teams. Analytical Thinking: Comfortable discussing financial metrics and business impact. Spanish Proficiency: Or desire to grow language skills for regional collaboration.
