Project Manager

You’ll help the team to plan and implement the integration of large products in the Point of Sale domain, where the goals are to bring the most value to the end user and offer new opportunities for clients.**What’s in it for you**:- Partnership relationships with the client who listens and supports team's ideas- Dynamic project with proximity to business matters and partnership relationships- Wide area of responsibility: opportunity to present your innovative ideas and solution, take part in process modernization**Is that you?**- At least 2 years' commercial experience in Project Management in IT- Commercial experience in managing projects up to 7-10 FTE with a duration of 3+ months- Strong theoretical background in project management- Strong background in Agile (experience as a Scrum Master would be a plus)- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements- Skill in preventing issues rather than fixing the consequences, ability to maintain a project schedule and minimize team distractions- Ability to set up custom measurements that may be applicable to projects in order to fine-tune the processes and maintain stability- Knowledge on how to build trusted relationships with the team: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building- Self-accountability, experience in communication with customers in software outsourcing- Upper-intermediate English**Desirable**:- Strong technical background in project management and risk management knowledge- Reporting/accounting experience- Experience in managing a remote team- Ability to ensure that best practices in regard to quality are applied and followed on the project- Scrum Master Certification**Key responsibilities and your contribution**- Manage the software development process on the growing account, working side by side with other project managers- Help the team integrate Scrum- Prioritize project tasks and their distribution among team members- Monitor project progress and provide status updates on the project progress to all stakeholders- Perform change and risk management to minimize project risks- Manage project resources and their allocation- Work with the team to motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts- Measure project and team performance using appropriate tools- Work with top management to constantly develop and improve project processes- Initiate and approve required project-specific training for project team members**What's working at Dev.Pro like?**Dev.Pro is a US-based outsource company with an ambitious and creative mindset that has been delivering superior software products since 2011.
