We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager (fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English) to join our team.
Responsibilities- Managing and developing partners without income.
- Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions.
- Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback.
- Managing project news channels.
- Working on Affiliate Partners' requests: FC (Financial Controller); frequent questions from Affiliate Partners; assistance with onboarding of new partners.
- Assistance in all CRM chats.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims.
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
- REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;
