We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager (fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English) to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing partners without income.
  • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions.
  • Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback.
  • Managing project news channels.
  • Working on Affiliate Partners' requests: FC (Financial Controller); frequent questions from Affiliate Partners; assistance with onboarding of new partners.
  • Assistance in all CRM chats.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims.
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace.
