**About the Position**
The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst works closely with the area director and managers, in order to execute and coordinate key strategic initiatives that help address major opportunities across the company.
This individual improves program goal achievement by developing and executing project management disciplines, while also demonstrating outstanding organization skills and a sharp eye for metrics, tactical operational knowledge, and flexibility to adapt to changing contexts and circumstances.
In this role, the Business Operations & Strategy Analyst's work directly contributes to the growth of the organization and, ultimately, to how the biggest companies in the world create their digital solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Align priorities for the projects and teams they work with, by suggesting project plans, estimates, scope, communication, and requirements for such initiatives.
- Implement and support impactful business processes, strategies, and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support and execute the strategies that the different department leads will decide.
- Maintain an updated documentation base, especially related to the company processes and key projects led by the Business Ops & Strategy team.
- Maintain an updated project management base, especially related to the Major Company KPIs, OKRs, and Strategic Initiatives.
- Keep track of meaningful metrics that can be used by the team to make better and more timely decisions. Including, but not limited to, driving Salesforce reports, Business Programs, and more.
- Work closely with team members to roll out new campaigns and projects that are focused on growth and on business targets, removing road blockers and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years of project management experience
- High flexibility and capacity to shift contexts as needed
- Great communication (both oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Trello, Asana, JIRA and/or other project management tools
- Self-starter, quick learner, and proactive in completing responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing deliverables
- Familiarity with project management tracking/reporting tools as well as hands-on execution
- Excellent logical problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Technical knowledge in order to support a deep understanding of the issues and suggest innovative solutions
- Good knowledge of Agile principles and practices
