Business Development Lead At UserGuiding, we are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to lead our expansion efforts in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of industry connections and excellent written and spoken Portuguese language skills. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our SaaS product. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for building relationships with associations, communities, and influencers in Brazil, organizing partnership calls and following up with stakeholders, creating and maintaining lists of relevant industry events, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ecosystem. Main Responsibilities: Partnerships & Outreach Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players in Brazil. Coordinate and execute partnership calls with stakeholders. Maintain accurate lists of industry events and ensure timely follow-up. Conduct thorough market research to inform business decisions. Community & Customer Relations Grow our community presence in Brazil through targeted outreach efforts. Build strong relationships with customers and webinar attendees. Engage with users and prospects on social media platforms. Brand Awareness Explore opportunities to feature the company in Brazilian media outlets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Strong written and spoken Portuguese language skills (and English for coordination). Public speaking or hosting confidence (for webinars/podcasts). Strategic thinking and curiosity about the software ecosystem in Brazil.
